摘要
对贝壳作为燃煤固硫剂的固硫机理和高效固硫特性进行了分析 ,并在模拟烟气条件下做了固硫特性试验 ,得出了固硫剂的粒度、升温速率、反应温度、反应时间、SO2 浓度等因素对固硫效果的影响 ,结果表明 。
The sulfur retention mechanism and highly efficient sulfur retention characteristics of shell is analyzed when the latter serves as a sulfur-retention sorbent during coal combustion. Tests of sulfur-retention characteristics were conducted under simulated flue gas conditions. The influence on sulfur-retention effectiveness was identified of such factors as sulfur-retention sorbent particle size, temperature-rise speed, reaction temperature and SO2 concentration. The results of the tests indicate that the shell as a highly effective sulfur-retention sorbent during coal combustion is suited for practical use.
