摘要
目的 :探讨动力髁螺钉钢板 (简称 DCS)治疗股骨远端和股骨粗隆下骨折的临床应用技巧。方法 :对 1 0 6例股骨远端和 /或股骨粗隆下骨折患者行切开复位、 DCS内固定术。通过对股骨远端和股骨粗隆部立体形态的再认识 ,归纳拉力螺纹钉的定位方法。结果 :术后随访 9~ 36个月 ,平均 1 8个月 ,总有效率为 91 .7%。术中定位导针的放置方法概括为“3.2 .1”定点法和“3线”定向法。结论 :DCS内固定术是治疗股骨远端和股骨粗隆下骨折的有效方法 ,熟悉股骨远端和股骨粗隆下的解剖形态比单纯在 X线照射下放置定位导针更有积极意义。
Objective: It is to explore the clinical applied skill of dynamic condyle screw (DCS) on distal femoral fracture and/or femoral subtrochanteric fracture. Method: One hundred and six patients with distal femoral fracture and/or femoral subtrochanteric fracture were received open reduction and DCS internal fixation . The orientation methods of screw were generalized by the further recognition of solid figure of distal femoral fracture and femoral trochanter. Results: After the follow up of 9 to 36 months (average 18 months), the total effective rate was 91.7%, the method of installing guide pin was summarized for'3. 2. 1'locating point method and '3 lines' directional method. Conclusion: DCS internal fixation is an effective method on distal femoral fracture and femoral subtrochanteric fracture. There is the further active significance to familiarize the anatomical figure of distal femur and trochanter than to install guide pin with the x ray shine alone.
