反相高效液相色谱法测定肌苷注射液中肌苷的含量

RP-HPLC determination of isoine contents in injection

目的 :建立测定肌苷注射液中肌苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法 :采用HypersilC18,以甲醇 水 (1 0∶90 )作流动相 ,在 2 49nm紫外波长检测。结果 :肌苷在 8.0 2～ 40 .1 0 μg·ml- 1范围内有良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9998)。平均回收率为1 0 0 .5%(n =9) ,RSD为 1 .2 2 %。结论 :该法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为测定肌苷注射液中肌苷的含量。

OBJECTIVE A reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography was established for the determination of isoine contents in injection. METHODS Impurity in the isoine injection could be separated on Hypersil C 18 column using methanol-water(10∶90)as mobile phase and UV detector at 249 nm.RESULTS The linear range was 8.02 ～ 40.10 μg·ml -1 ( r = 0.9998 ).A verage recovery was 100.5% ( n =9)with RSD of 1.22% . CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
