The Preliminary Discussion of the Evaluation and Alerting of China Public Security

The paper presents the study project to establish the social public security monitoring system whose main function is monitoring dynamically and discusses the basic condition and the possibility of to establish social public security monitoring system in China. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the author designs the system of indicators of social public security monitoring system and the evaluation model, presents the preliminary propose to establish the social public security monitoring system of China.
