摘要
专业实体化是切俣我国职教实际的产教结合形式,是今后发展职业学校的重要举措,是培养“双师型”教师和学生职业素质的重要途径。本文结合衡阳铁路工程学校实行专业实体化的典型案例,介绍和分析了其具体做法和成功经验。
Speciality as an entity is a form combined in dustry a nd education,which accords with our facts of vocational education,and is an i m portant way to develop the double teachers and students' profession-al quali ty.As an example,Hengyang Railway Engineering School carries out the system of speciality as an entity,and acquires some successful experiences.
