摘要
通过计算机模拟预制硅渗氮坯料过程中,超细硅颗粒的几何形状和尺寸对烧结坯料中颗粒配位数的影响的结果,说明了计算机模拟技术在硅渗氮陶瓷烧结反应中的应用。
The application of computer simulation technique in reaction sintening of silicon nitride ceramics is demonstrated by study the effect of computer simulated partical shapes and sizes of the ultrafine silicon powder on the coordination numbers of the partical is powder compact.
