摘要
论述了一种高精度细长金属管内表面喷砂处理设备的基本原理,设计思想及解决的技术难点,本设备的特点是:采用压入式端喷方法,喷射操作程序全部自动控制,对密闭的工作状态具有完备的监测系统,生产率达120—150支/班。对Zr-4合金管进行内喷处理后,壁厚可均匀去除4μm—10μm,沿全长喇叭口小于6μm,内壁粗糙度达Ra0.8(相当于▽7)以上,可完全满足核电站用Zr-4管材的技术要求。该设备已获得国家发明专利。
An equipmet used for treating innet surface of metal tubings was described.The principle is adopting the method of push-in end spraying.the whole prpcess is automatically controlled.There is also a perfect monitoring system for the closed working condition.Production rate is up to 120—150tub es/shift.About 4—10μm can be evenly removed after the treatment The bell months of the tube are less than 6μm and the roughness of the inwall is up to Ra0.8(equal to 7).The treated tubings can completely meet the requirement for nuclear power statiou.This equipment has parented the National Invention.
