摘要
通过测定应力循环和不同温度的σ-ε曲线,研究了CuZnAl(Mn)合金的伪弹性,结果表明:①在一定的温度下(A_f以上),随应力循环次数的增加,临界应力σ^(P→M)降低,伪弹性回复量R增大;达一定次数后,可得到完全的伪弹性,同时σ^(P→M),R,σ—ε曲线形状均趋于稳定。②Mn的加入,提高了CuZnAl合金的dσ^(P→M)/dT和应力诱发马氏体所需的应力σ^(P→M)。
Pseudoelasticity in CuZnAl(Mn) alloy has been studied by plotted the stress-strain Curves of the alloy deformed in cylic stress and different temperature.The results show:①with increasing the number of cycles at constant temperature(above A_f),critical stress(σ^(P→M)) would be decreased, and the count of pseudoelastic recovery would be increased. The complete pseudoelasticity might be obtained and σ^(P→M), R, the shape of σ-ε curves were in constancy over a cetrtain numnbr of cycles.② with the addition of element Mn,dσ^(P→M)/dT and critical stress (σ_(P→M)) were increased.
