摘要
探索了用共沉淀法制取Al_2O_3-PSZ粉末时,不同溶液浓度、沉淀剂加入速度及溶液pH值对最终粉末粒度的影响及作用机理。发现当ZrOCl_2浓度为3.6wt%、NH_3·H_2O浓度为25wt%、NH_3·H_2O加入速度为20ml/s、pH值在10—11之间时,可制得成份均匀,粒度在0.1—0.2μm间的球形Al_2O_3-PZS粉末。
Ultrafine Al_2O_3-PSZ (?)owder was fabricated by co-precipitation method. The influences of the solution concentration, the adding rate of precipitant and pH value on the powder properties are studied. A spherical Al_2O_3-PSZ powder with the partical size of 0.1—0.2μm can be obtained when ZrOCl_2 and NH_3·H_2O concentrations are 3.6wt%, and 25wt%, respecting, adding rate of NH_3·H_2O is 20ml/s, and oH value was 10—11.
