摘要 研究了热处理制度对TAl/LY12轧制双金属板结合性能的影响。结果表明:经400—490℃/0.5—1h热处理,界面将由于铝原子的扩散而形成网络结构的全结合,使剥离力提高4—6倍;经450℃/>6h或490℃/>3h热处理,界面将由于钛原子的扩散而生成影响结合性能的钛铝化合物。 Effect of heat treatment on bonding of TAI/LY12 rolled bimetal plate is studied. The result shows that the peel strength has been raised 4—6 times when the full bonding is achieved at the interface, which appears network structure after heat treatment at 400—490℃ for 0.5—1h. However, with the treatment of 450℃/≥6h or 490℃/≥3h, the titanium-aluminium intermetallic compound formed at the interface will affect the bonding properties. The diffusion of Al atoms within the bonding zone places the main role of improving the bonding properties of the bimetal sheet, and the diffusion of Ti atoms will bring about the formation of Ti-Al intermetaUic compound at the interface.
