湿法制备钴蓝颜料中尿素水解行为的研究

研究了在液相中制备钴蓝颜料所用沉淀剂的选择 ,分析了用尿素为均匀沉淀剂在制备钴蓝前驱体过程中的水解行为、影响因素及表征方法 ,通过对水解速率测试及数据处理计算出尿素水解反应活化能为 12 1.0 8k J/ mol.钴蓝前驱体制备过程中的成核过程 ,即Al(OH) 3沉淀的形成为均相成核 ,而 Co(OH) 2 沉淀的形成既有均相成核 ,也有非均相成核 。
