本文介绍了通过正交试验等方法 ,找出培养耐盐产酯酵母菌的最佳条件 ,诸如 :培养时间、培养基的成份及装入量。
This thesis through orthogonal test finds out the optimum conditions to culture saltresistant ester-produced saccharomycete such as the culture time the composition and the filling capacity of the culture medium the inoculate capacity and the optimum mode of culture.
