本文探讨了复合易拉盖的材料、结构和成型工艺。给出了一种复合易拉盖成型机的设计方案。介绍了基于PLC的控制系统 ,可预置定长输料装置及控制过程。

In this paper the author discusses the materials,the structure and the forming technics of the composite easy pull_top and presents a new type of design for a machine used to form the pull_top.Meanwhile the author also introduces a control system on the basis of PLC,and a changeable feeding device and its control process.
