摘要
集成制造系统仿真支撑软件IMSS(Integrated ManufacturingSimulation Software)是用于制造系统规划,设计,运行及分析的有效工具,可以比较不同的设备配置方案,分析设备的利用率,发现系统的瓶颈,以及估计系统的运行费用等.该软件还可以嵌入到递阶控制系统的某些模块中,为制订生产计划或在线调度提供决策支持,以比较各种零件发送策略,AGV运行策略,加工策略以及机器人服务策略的优劣.文中介绍了IMSS的主要特点,包括友好的人机交互介面,非语言建模前端,仿真模型的数据驱动,仿真过程的实时监控,仿真结果的实时动画以及报表自动生成,并就实现上述特点的关键技术进行了说明.本文从以下四个方面描述IMSS的特点:(1)IMSS的概念模型;(2)IMSS的功能模型;(3)IMSS的结构化建模;(4)IMSS的核心语言.
The integrated manufacturing simulation support software IMSS is a tooi which can be used for planning, designing and analyzing manufacturing systems, for example, locating facilities of workshop, analyzing the device utilization, finding out the bottle neck of system, and estimating the running cost of system. It can also be embedded in some modules of the hierarchical controller of manufacturing system, to provide decision support for production planning or real-time scheduling by comparing different finds of part entering strategies, AGV moving strategies, production strategie?and robot serving strategies, etc.
In this paper, the IMSS is introduced on four aspects as following:
* the conceptual model of IMSS
* the functional model of IMSS
* the structural modelling of IMSS
* the simulation language for IMSS
