双输入——双输出工业过程自适应控制规律的研究

摘要 本文根据工业生产过程控制的特点,在广义最小方差自适应控制理论的基础上,提出了与极点配置方法相结合,设计出与时域指标相联系的自适应控制器的方法.该方法不仅克服了PID调节器和最小方差自校正调节器不适用于非最小相位系统和对控制量无约束的缺点,而且为确定广义最小方差二次目标函数中未知加权多项式提出了一种近似的方法.并在相应条件下保证了整个控制系统的稳定性.在控制规律的实现方面,提出了开环离线辨识与在线辨识相结合,在控制中采用断续辨识的工程实用方案.最后给出了与PID调节器比较的数字——模拟混合仿真曲线,表明该方案明显的优于PID调节器. Acording to special feature of the industry produce process, this paper suggests a method designing adaptive controller. The method is based on the wideminimun variac adaptive control theory and combined with the matching pole method. It not only over-comes the disadvantages that PID adjustor and selftunning adjustor is useiess for un-minimum phase system, but also suggests a effective method for determining unknown weight-ing polynome in the quadratic objective function. It makes total system be stable. The paper suggests a scheme that the open-loop off-line identification is combined with on-line identification in the control. Finally we give out the simulation curve, which is compared with that of PID adjustor. The results show this method to be effective.
