摘要
本文将简要介绍“军队干部队伍结构动态分析系统”中一个主要的分系统,即“军队干部队伍结构层次控制分析系统”(简称JGK系统),并就建模过程中如何体现军队干部队伍结构的客观规律方面谈谈我们的体会。由于篇幅所限,许多问题作了不同程度的简化。 这个课题是1986年初由总政治部干部部提出来的。鉴于当时全军面临精简整编。
This paper introduces the main situation and background in developing 'the Level by Level Analytical System for the Structure of Military Officers' and the fundamental principles for hierarchical manpower systems. It also discusses the break-through in theory and the new ideas in methodology in constructing the models for the system, that is, combining the Markoving Models with the Renew Models to analyse steady states, extending the Markoving Models in one factor to more factors to solve the non-aftereffectiveness problems, combining analysis of steady states with dynamic control, analysing and controlling level by level, etc. Some suggestions are also proposed for further developing similar systems.
