Design and Implementation of an Interactive DSS for Production and Manadement Planning

自从70年代初提出决策支持系统(DSS)这一概念以来,虽然仅仅10余年,它已引起国内外学术界的广泛重视。由于它在不少部门中成功地获得了应用且经济效益显著,深受用户的欢迎。 决策支持系统是一种支持管理人员(决策者)制定决策的计算机信息系统。它是计算机科学与管理科学结合的产物,提供了试探、推理、模拟等智能型制定决策能力,从而使得管理人员能够把计算机的输出信息与他们的判断结合起来,逐步产生正确的决策。

An interactive DSS developed in a manufactruring firm for production and management planning is introduced in this paper. The key points in the system design and implementation include the choice and creation of appropriate models and the constitution of interactive dialogue mechanism which support the decision-making. The models can be classified as forecasting and decision models including some heuristic models in which a random number generator is used to simulate the human experimental operations. The man-made interactive decision consists of macro and micro decisions. And their designing. The CSF method was used effectinely.
