我国学历社会存在的原因及其利弊分析

On the Reasons of the Development of the Diploma-Oriented Society in Our Country and Its Merits and Defects

本文从简要介绍日本学历社会兴起的历史和特征入手 ,提出了学历社会的两个判断标准。从这两个判断标准来看 ,我国实际上已具有学历社会的基本特征。文章随后对我国学历社会兴起的原因和利弊作了初步分析。

This paper first briefly introduces the history and characteristic of the diploma-oriented society in Japan. Then two standards of judgement are produced. From the standards of the judgement the paper suggests that China actually has the basic characteristic of the diploma-oriented society. Finally, the paper analyzes the reasons of the development of the diploma-oriented society in our courtry and its merits and defects.
