THE IMPERFECT REGULATION OF ECONOMIC SYSTEMS IN THE EQUILIBRIUM STATE AND THE CONTROL OF THE SELF-ORGANIZING PROCESS

研究了一类在非平衡势差作用下系统极限轨线与控制目标不一致的经济系统,引入了系统平衡态调节不完全的概念,提出了一种解决这类问题的'自组织过程控制'的构想与基本概念,最后,给出了一个这方面的经济应用实例。

This paper studies the economic system whose limit trajectory is not in keeping with its control objective under nonequilibrium condition. In addition to the introduction of the concept of imperfect regulation of economic systems in equilibrium state, a conception of the control of self—organizing process is proposed to solve such problems and an example of its application is given.
