摘要
本文通过由DEA模型确定生产前沿面的途径,给出了测量技术水平和技术进步速度的模型,并且讨论了估计每个决策单元技术进步的相对年限的方法。文章不仅对常见的中性技术进步作了研究,也对要素增长型技术进步进行了讨论。最后,通过一个例子的运算,对模型作了进一步验证。
The paper, using the efficient frontier obtained from DEA method, offers a series models to estimate the level of technology and the speed of technological progress.In particular, it discusses the way to estimate the years lagged or exceeded for each DMU in the sense of technological progress. Not only does it consider the nenutral case, it also studies factor-augmenting technological progress. Finally, the paper gives an example.
