摘要
在室内用ANDERSEN生物粒子采样器进行了不同采样时间对采集空气细菌和真菌粒子浓度、粒数中值直径效果的研究。结果表明 ,在 1~ 1 2min内 ,采集的空气细菌和真菌粒子浓度随采样时间的增加而减少 ,呈明显的负相关关系 ,相关系数分别为 -0 .90 3和 -0 .688,P值均大于 0 .0 5。另外 ,在采样过程中 ,空气真菌比细菌耐受采样空气冲击力的能力强。
The impact of sampling time on concentration of collected bacterium,fungus particles and mid-value diameter of particle number are studied by ANDERSEN bioparticle sampler in lab.It shows that the concentrations of bacterium and fungus particle drop with incresement of sampling time between one and twelve minutes,which have significant negative interrelation.The negative coefficients interrelation are-0.903 and -0.688 respectively,P value is higher than 0.05.During sampling procedure,the ability of fungus to endure impulsive force is higher than bacteria's.Sampling time hasn't significant impact on size distribution of bacteria and fungus particles and mid-value diameter of particle number.
