摘要
在分析概要性战略环境评价概念与特征的基础上 ,针对西部大开发战略及其潜在的生态环境影响 。
With the Grand Western Development (GWD) being at preliminary stage of implementation, synoptic strategic environmental assessment (SEA) is considered as an appropriate mode in application of SEA principle to GWD. In this paper, an outline for the synoptic SEA of GWD is put forward as the inception of environmental impacts assessment of GWD strategy.
