摘要
K故障定位法是模拟电路故障诊断中最重要的方法之一,近年来发展迅速,十分引人注目。本文全面系统地研究了K故障定位理论。文中给出了K故障定位技术的分类方法,介绍了各种定位技术,指出了它们之间的一些重要关系,还讨论了可测性设计问题。
K-fault location is very important in analog'circuit fault diagnosis. This paper studies the K- fault location theory comprehensively and systematically. All kinds of K-fault location techniques, including cut-fault, loop-fault, mesh-fault and hybridbranch-fault locations, are introduced. Classification methods, mutual relations and testability designs of these techniques are also discussed.
