摘要
农业开发区可持续土地利用系统包含社会、经济、自然生态等多种要素 ,要素间的相互作用决定系统的动态发展 ,把握系统要素的结构层次和互动效应是进行农业开发区可持续土地利用研究、建立相应评价指标体系的前提和基础。该文应用解释结构模型法 (ISM法 ) ,以济南农业高新技术开发区为例 ,在构建农业开发区可持续土地利用系统结构模型的基础上 ,对其进行布尔运算和可达矩阵的分解 ,得出相应的结构矩阵和递阶结构模型图 ,并初步探讨了该结构模型在评价指标体系构建方面的应用。研究结果表明 ,该结构模型图能够清晰地反映出土地利用系统各要素的空间递阶关系 ,为划分研究对象 。
Sustainable land use system in agricultural developing zone consists of many factors such as social, economic and natural environmental factors, in which mutual effects among the factors determine the dynamic development of the system. It is the premise and basis to master the structure arrangement and mutual effects in studying sustainable land use and establishing the corresponding evaluation index system in agricultural developing zone. In this article, Jinan Agricultural Developing Zone is taken as an example. Based on the establishment of structure model for sustainable land use system in agricultural developing zone, the methods of Boolean operations and decomposing the reachable matrix are used, and in the end the structural matrix and modeling chart are worked out by means of Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). Furthermore, the evaluation index system framework is discussed to test the model. The result suggests that the model displays clearly the spatial step up relationship of factors in land use system, thus providing the basis for establishing evaluation index system for sustainable land use in Jinan Agricultural Developing Zone.
