Application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point in Health Inspection of Barber and Beauty Shops

目的 探讨理发、美容店卫生监督新方法。方法 运用危害分析关键控制点（HACCP）对理发、美容店进行预防性卫生监督管理,判定危害因素,确定卫生质量关键控制点、控制标准和控制方法。结果 运用HACCP以后,消除了危害因素,理发、美容店卫生指标合格率明显上升（P<0.01）。结论 应用 HACCP开展卫生监督可显著提高理发、美容店卫生质量。

ve To explore new methods for health inspection of barber and beauty shops. Methods By using the method of hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP), the preventive health inspection, identification of hazardous factors, establishment of critical control points, sanitary standard and control countermeasures for sanitary quality were carried out in barber and beauty shops. Results After the application of HACCP in health inspection, the hazardous factors of sanitary quality were eliminated, the qualified rates of sanitary indexes increased significantly (P<0.01) . Conclusion The application of HACCP in health inspection could significantly promote the sanitary quality of barber and beauty shops.
