摘要
本文探讨了大型电子系统工程的软件可靠性评估方法问题。从软件可靠性模型,可靠性实验数据的收集,以及可靠性数据估值的准确性,可靠性数据的检验等方面进行了研究。最后,提出了一般的评估步骤。
The paper discusses the basic method to evaluate the software reliability of large electronic system engineering. After analysing the software reliability model, the collection of the reliability data, the validation of the model parameter estimations and the testing of the reliability parameter are discussed. Finally a common procedure for reliability evaluation is summarized.
