强毒鸡新城疫病毒的分离鉴定及免疫防制研究

Isolation and identification of virulent new castle disease virus as well as the study on its immunological control

从陕西发病鸡群中分离出8株病毒,分离毒大多为速发型NDV强毒株,对经典NDVLaSota株免疫的雏鸡及52周龄高抗体母鸡仍有强的致病力。采用NDVSH1-SH8毒株制备成多价油乳剂灭活苗,免疫鸡群有良好的保护力。

Eight strains of virus were isolated from the hen flocks of the major hen-breed regions in Shanxi province,they were demonstrated as new castle disease viruses by biological character assay and morphological observation as well as sero logical test.The results of the embryonic inoculation and pathogenic assay with chicken showed that,the iso lated viruses were virulent strain and can cause a acute process,they also have strong pathogenicity to chicken im muned with classical NDV strain La Sota and52-week old hen with high antibody level.The oil emulsion adjuvant multivalent vaccine prepared with these viruses was used to immune the chicken and make the chicken get good pro tection.
