本文讨论第二代高性能热摄象传感器——红外焦平面阵列技术的特点、结构形式、实现红外焦平面陈列工作结构选择与利弊及其某些新结构。
This paper introduces the features and constructions of the second generation ofthermal imaging sensors--infrared focal plane arrays and then discusses the choice of the sensoroperation structures, their advantages and drawbacks. Finally some novel array structures are described.
