锅炉尾部受热面金属壁温低于烟气露点温度 ,易产生腐蚀和积灰。防止冷端酸腐蚀和积灰的有效措施是减少SO3 的产生 ,提高冷端金属壁温并选择合理的材料。

Corrosion occurs and ashes accumulate when the metal wall temperature of heated surface at the tail of boiler is under the dew point of fume. The effective ways to prevent acid corrosion of cold end and accumulation of ashes are reduction of SO 3, increase of cold end wall temperature, and selection of right material.
