介绍ZJ40DBS变频钻机电传动系统 ,讨论了该系统的优点 ,并论述了矢量控制变频器的主要原理和优势以及变频电机的特点 ,最后给出了现场运行的电压、电流、速度波形。
The electric drive system of ZJ40DBS variable_frequency drilling rig and its advantages are presented.The principle of the vector_controlled frequency_converter and the characteristics of the variable_frequecy asynchronous motor are also described. Finally the spot_on_site voltage,current and speed waveforms are given.
