摘要
以水泥生产中的湿法长窑系统为研究对象 ,采用小型计算机作主机构成模糊控制器的硬件 ,软件采用模糊控制算法。实验研究表明 ,这种算法较好地解决了常规PID算法对该系统难以实现控制的问题 ,且控制精度高 ,超调量小 ,窑的经济效益则更好。
Relating the application of fuzzy controller in long_wetting kiln system,the hardware of the controller is constructed by expanding mini_computer , and the software adopts fuzzy controller algorithm. The experimental results show that this algorithm has much higher precision and much smaller over_shoot than the routine PID algorithm,meanwhile ,better economical profits.
