小发电机组对系统安全的影响及解决措施的探讨

DISCUSSION ON EFFECT OF SMALL GENERATION SETS ON POWER SYSTEM SECURITY AND ITS COUNTERMEASURES

近年来,越来越多的小电厂联网运行,严重干扰了地区电网的安全运行,影响了系统继电保护与自动装置的正常投运,对电力系统的设备安全造成了威胁,降低了地区用户的供电可靠性。本文根据运行实例分析了小电厂联网引起的各类技术问题,并探讨了解决问题的措施。

ABSTRCT: In recent years more and more power plants with small generation capacities are put into operation and connected to regional power network. The consequences of this phenomena are as follows: the secure operation of the regional power network is seriously interfered, the normal operation of protective relaying and automation devices are affected, the safety of power equipments are threatened and the power supply reliability for regional power consumers is decreased. In this paper the different technical problems caused by connecting small power plant to regional power network are analyzed and relevant countermeasures are given.
