摘要
本文就多目标随机决策问题,通过分析和改进PROTRADE方法,设计了一种采用可行度和满足度的风险决策方法——GF方法,并把它应用于R&D项目选择及资源分配问题,主得了较好效果,具有一定的实用性。
After analyzing and improving the PROTRADE method (Goicoechea et al, 1983), the author proposes a risk decision-analysis method based on the concepts of the satisfied degree and feasible degress with respect to decision-maker's aspiration level--the GF method. Also, applications of the method in the R&D project selection and resource allocation are discussed.
