摘要
通过对靖远电厂6号机组发电机5号、6号轴瓦振动状况的监测以及机组运行状态下的试验 ,结合发电机支承刚度的定量检测 ,认为造成6号发电机轴瓦振动较大的根本原因是支承刚度太低。采用底脚载荷分配的方法改变了支承刚度 ,从而降低了轴瓦振动。
By monitoring and testing of vibration state of No.5 and No.6 bush in No.6 set of Jing Yuan Generating Pawer Plant,and measuring the generator support rigidity,it is concluded that the cause of heavy bush vibration is support rigidity too low.The method of load distribution of bottom bracing is adopted to change support rigidity,so that the bush vibration is reduced.
