基于行波传感器的输电线路故障定位方法研究 被引量:95

摘要 电容式电压互感器高频响应特性差,满足不了对电压行波测量的要求。该文利用测量电容式电压互感器(CVT)的入地电流行波来检测线路电压行波,设计了行波传感器,提出了硬件行波波头检测方法,并应用于基于整个电网的行波故障定位。仿真分析及装置实验测试表明:该方法实现简单、安装方便、鲁棒性强、定位精度高。该技术已申请国家发明专利。 The voltage traveling-wave in transmission line is difficult to be accurately detected in the secondary of capacitive voltage transformer (CVT) which has bad character to transform high frequency signals. A new sensor to detect the voltage traveling-wave is designed in this paper. It can measure the current traveling-wave from CVT to ground. The incipient times of traveling-wave appearing in every station are measured and a new fault location system for the whole grid is implemented. Simulations and prototype testing show that this fault location method has high precision and can be implemented easily and cheaply.
