摘要 永磁操动机构动态特性的研究涉及电、磁、机械耦合场的求解。该文在建立动态特性计算数学模型的基础上采用四阶Runge-Kutta法以及电磁场有限元方法同时求解电路方程、电磁场泊松方程以及运动方程来研究永磁操动机构的动态特性,求解时既考虑了材料的非线性特性,又考虑了漏磁的影响。分别计算并分析了配双稳态、单稳态两种永磁操动速度等参数随时间变化的曲线,并进行了相关的实验研究。在实验过程中实测了开关触头的分、合闸速度,分、合闸线圈的电流波形。并将实测结果与理论计算结果进行了比较,结果表明计算结果是准确可靠的。 The study of dynamic behavior of permanent magnetic actuator (PMA) involves solution of an electrically, magnetically and mechanically coupled problem. Based on the establishment of mathematic model, this paper solves theelectric circuit equation, electromagnetic equation andmechan-ic equation simultaneously to obtain the PMA dynamic behavi-or by adopting four-order Runge-Kutta method and finiteelement method. In the calculation, both the nonlinear materialproperties and the magnetic leakage are considered. By calcu-lating dynamic behavior of vacuum circuit breakers equipped with bistable and monostable PMA respectively, a few curves such as currentacross the coil and movable contact velocity are obtained. And related experiments are also carried out. In the test, the open and closing speed of contacts are measured and the current curves inopen and closing coil are also obtained. The comparison oftheoretical and experimental results shows that the calculation results are correct and reliable.
