摘要
对云南白草岭蚤类及其宿主动物进行了调查研究 ,结果共采获蚤类 3科 10属 16种 1172只 ,宿主动物 5科 12属2 1种 10 2 8只。为了解和说明蚤类与宿主动物的关系 ,我们对该地区蚤类的生态位及寄生蚤多样性进行了测定和分析。在 16种蚤中 ,迪庆额蚤 (Frontopsylla diqingensys)生态位最大为 0 . 2 10 8,特新蚤 (N eopylla specialis)和圆凹多毛蚤 (Hystrichopsylla rotundisi)次之 ,分别为 0 . 186 8和 0 . 16 81;2 1种宿主动物中 ,寄生蚤多样性指数 ,以多齿鼠句鼹 (N asillus gracilis)最高 ,为 1. 4 388;其次为中华姬鼠 (Apodemus draca) (1. 2 734)和大耳姬鼠 (A.latronum) (1. 2 12 2 )。经相关分析 。
The fleas and hosts were investigated in Mt. Baicaoling, Yunnan Province. The 16 species of 1 172 flea specimens belonging to 10 genera, 3 families and the 21 species of 1 028 small mammal hosts belonging to 12 genera, 5 families were captured. In order to investigate and explain the relationship between the flea and the host, we determined and analyzed the niche of fleas and flea diversity of hosts in the area. The biggest niche breadth to fleas is Frontopsylla diqingensis (0.210 8), the second Neopylla specialis(0.186 8), and the third Hystrichopsylla rotundisi (0.168 1). The highest diversity of host parasitic flea is Nasillus gracilis (1.438 8), the second Apodemus draca (1.273 4), and the third Apodemus latronum (1.212 2). After correlation analysis, it is considered that there is no relationship between flea diversity and the host diversity as well as richness.
