民族药雪里见的生长特性与理化特性研究

Ecological and Physicochemical Characteristic of Arisaema Rhizomatum

目的 研究民族药雪里见的资源分布与生长特性,为保护濒临灭绝的雪里见,开发治疗风湿性疾病的药材资源,完成鄂教2000A09006重点科研课题做基础性工作。方法 对雪里见开展资源调查,采集样本进行基源鉴定和理化实验鉴定。结果 资源调查发现雪里见在恩施曾分布广泛,但由于人们对雪里见生态的破坏和滥采滥挖导致了该品种濒临灭绝。雪里见的繁殖特性为雌雄同株,基源鉴定证实本品为天南星科植物,其形态特征、理化特征均明显。
