摘要
目的 观察魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)对大鼠肾脏血液动力学——肾小球滤过率(GFR)和肾血浆流量(RPF)的影响。方法 采用一次性腹腔注射链脲菌素造成糖尿病大鼠模型,两周后将模型大鼠分为两组,每日分别以KGM(B组)和生理盐水(C组)灌服共8周,此后测定两组大鼠的GRF和 RPF。结果B组大鼠GFR和 RPF各为 1.37±0.15ml/(min·100g) 和3.99±0.42ml/min·100g); C组大鼠GFR和RPF各为1.61±0.22ml/(min·100g)和4.65±0.68ml/(min·100g);而正常对照组(A组)大鼠GFR和RPF各为1.17±0.13ml/(min·100g)和3.38±0.41ml/(min·100g)。其中B组较C组大鼠GFR和RPF明显下降(P<0.01),但未能降至A组大鼠小平。结论 KGM能有效地降低糖尿病大鼠异常增高的GFR和RPF,但尚不能纠正至正常水平。
ve To investigate the effects of glucomanan on the renal hemodynamics including glomerular filtration rate(GFR) and renal plasma flow(RPF) in diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rats model was established by injecting streptozocin(STZ) peritoneally. Two weeks later the diabetic rats were divided into two groups, group B was treated with glucomanan for a period of 8 weeks; and group C was treated with normal saline gastrogavage for the same period. Results The GFR and RPF were 1.37±0. 15ml/(min · 100g) and 3. 99 ±0.42 ml/(min · 100g) in group B, 1.61 ±0.22 ml/(min · 100g) and 4.65±0.68 ml/(min/100g) in group C. While in group A, the normal control group, the values of GFR and RPF were 1.17± 0. 13 ml/ (min· 100g) and 3.38±0.41 ml/(min · 100g) .The values of GFR and RPF in group B and C were significantly higher than those in normal control group( P <0. 01 group B vs group A, P < 0. 001 group C vs group A), and the results of group B was significantly lower as compared with that of group (P<0.01). Conclusion Glucomanan could significasntly decrease GFR and RPF in diabetic rats, but could not obtain the levels normal of GFR and RPF to normal.
