摘要
目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中转化生长因子 β1及其Ⅰ、Ⅱ型受体的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化LDP法对 6 2例乳腺癌 ,15例正常乳腺组织 ,2 6例乳腺增生症及 33例乳腺良性肿瘤进行TGFβ1、TβR Ⅰ和TβR \|Ⅱ检测。 结果 乳腺癌中TGFβ1阳性率高于其他 3组 ,TβR Ⅰ及TβR Ⅱ在乳腺癌中阳性率较正常乳腺组织阳性率低 ;TGFβ1、TβR Ⅰ及TβR Ⅱ的表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小及组织学分型无关 ,而与有无淋巴结转移及术后 5年生存率有关 ;TGFβ1高表达及TβR Ⅰ、TβR Ⅱ阴性乳腺癌患者预后差。结论 检测TGFβ1、TβR Ⅰ及TβR Ⅱ的表达对认识乳腺癌的进展、转移趋势及预后有参考价值。
Objective To study the expression of TGFβ 1 and its receptor I?II(TβR\|Ⅰ?TβR\|Ⅱ)and their effect on human breast cancer. Methods Using LDP method, TGFβ 1 and TβR\|Ⅰ?TβR\|Ⅱexpression in 62 cases with breast cancer, 15 with normal breast, 26 with hyperplasic and 33 with benign tumors was examined. Results TGFβ 1 positive rate in breast cancer was increased significantly compared with other three groups. The positive rate of TβR\|Ⅰand TβR\|Ⅱin breast cancer was lower than that in normal breast; TGFβ 1 ?TβR\|Ⅰand TβR\|Ⅱexpression was not related to the age, size and the types of tumors, but related to the metastases of axillary lymph nodes and 5\|year survival rate after operation; The expected life was short in breast cancer cases with high\|level TGFβ 1 or negative expression of TβR\|Ⅰand TβR\|Ⅱ.Conclusion It might be useful to detect the expressions of TGFβ 1 ?TβR\|Ⅰand TβR\|Ⅱin breast cancer for assess its extent of invasion, progression and metastases.
