恶性肿瘤相关物质检测在肿瘤诊断中的应用

The application of TSGF test in the diagnosis of carcinosis

目的 探讨恶性肿瘤相关物质 (TSGF)体外诊断试剂对各类肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 对 2 78例14类恶性肿瘤患者和 6 0例炎性发热 ,36例急性胃肠炎 ,80例慢性胃炎 ,11例肺部感染及 2 0 0例健康体检者分别进行TSGF检测。结果 恶性肿瘤患者阳性率 88.5 % ,炎性发热阳性率 6 3.3% ,急性胃肠炎阳性率30 .6 % ,慢性胃炎阳性率 5 % ,肺部感染阳性率 72 .7% ,健康体检者阳性率为 2 .5 %。结论 该方法对恶性肿瘤的筛查诊断、疗效观察、病情监测和预后有极为重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the worthiness of tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) test in diagnosis of carcinosis.Methods TSGF was analysed in 278 cases with 14 sorts'carcinosis ,64 cases with inflammatory fever,46 cases with acute gastroenteritis,72 cases with chronic gastritis,11cases with lung infestation,and 200 normal persons.Results The positive rate in carcinoma group is 88.5%,and 63.3% in inflammatory fever group,30.6% in acute gastroenteritis group,5% in chronic gastritis group,72.7% in lung infestation group,2.5% in normal persons. Conclusion TSGF test in patients with carcinosis play a very important pole in early diagnosis and the evaluation of therapy effect.
