摘要
目的 探讨直肠类癌的临床病理诊断及治疗。方法 对 2 0例直肠类癌进行内镜及病理组织学观察。总结治疗情况及随访。结果 直肠类癌无特异临床症状 ,内镜表现与增生性及腺瘤性息肉无法区别。结论 直肠类癌的确诊有赖于病理检查 ,治疗取决于肿瘤大小。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of rectal carinoid in early stage.Methods 20 samples from rectal carcinoids were observed in clinic,endoscope and histopatholegy.Summing up treatment of rectal carcinoid.Results There is no special clinical symptom in rectal carcinoid. The rectal carcinoid no differ from hyperplastic polyps and polypoid adenoma in the endoscopic features.Conclusion Diagnosis of rectal carcinoid exactly develops on the pathology ,the choice of treatment is dependent on the diameter of the neoplasms.
