摘要
目的 比较CTP方案与NT方案治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法 CTX +THP +DDP(CTP组 )联合化疗方案治疗 4 0例晚期乳腺癌 ,NVB +THP(NT组 )联合化疗方案治疗 35例晚期乳腺癌 ,观察其疗效、中位缓解期、中位生存期及毒性反应。结果 CTP组有效率为 70 % ,中位缓解期为 10个月 ,中位生存期为 15个月 ;NT组有效率为 6 2 .8% ,中位缓解期为 9个月 ,中位生存期为 13个月 ,两组比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;NT组骨髓抑制稍高于CTP组 ;消化道反应主要发生在CTP组 ,静脉炎发生在NT组 ,但程度均较轻。结论 两组方案治疗晚期乳腺癌均有较佳疗效 ,毒性反应程度相近 ,统计学上无明显差异。
Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect of advanced breath cancer ,treated with CTP and NT regimen. Methods We have treated 75 patients with advanced breast cancer using the CTP and NT combination chemotherapeutic regimen respectively, and observed their therapeutic toxic effects . Results The overall response rate of group CTP was 70.0% and group NT was 62.8% .Median time of progression was 10 months for group CTP and 9 months for group NT.Median survival time was 15 months for group CTP and 13 months for group NT.There was no significant difference in the resolts above between the two groups. Conlusion The two regimens(CTP, NT) are very effective chemotherapy for advanced breat cancer with tolerable side effects ,the toxic effects of the two groups are similar.
