肿瘤三阶梯镇痛中中药作用的观察

Observation of chinese medicine function in tumor three ladders analgesia

目的 观察中药镇痛在肿瘤三阶梯镇痛中的作用和地位。方法 根据“WHO”制定之三阶梯镇痛的原则和方法 ,采用中药“新癀片”“平痛宁片”来治疗癌痛。结果 在 186例癌痛病人中 ,中药镇痛的有效率达74 .19%。结论 中药治疗癌痛的疗效是确切的 ,可以将其作为三阶梯镇痛药物的选择之一。

Objective To observe the effect and position of chinese medicine in analgeia cancer pain in the WHO's three ladders method.Methods According to the rules and methods of the WHO's three ladders analgesia,we adopt chinese medicine 'Xin\|huang' Tab, 'Ping\|tong\|ning' Tab in treating cancer pain.Results The curative effect of chinese medicine was 74.19% in 186 patients suffered with cancer pain.Conclusion The effect was affirm, we can take this method as one of the medicine selection of three ladders analgesia.
