摘要
观察硫化锌发光薄膜中铒离子各激发态发射光谱的瞬态特性,测量时间常数随外加电压的变化规律,分析硫化锌薄膜中铒发光中心的能量状态。
Luminescent centres of erbium in thin film are consist of several luminescent centres caused by polytypes of lattice structure for zinc sulphide thin film. It has been known that the EL of rare-earth doped thin film is generated by the impact excitation of hot electrons, but it is also by the existence of energy transfer from some defect centres to Er3+ centres, mechanism for EL excitation is thus not single one.
