摘要
用易得的丝孢酵母菌(Trichosporon Cutaneum)和甲醇菌(Methanol)与氧电极偶合,分别制备了新的乙醇和甲醇传感器,用稳态法和注流分析法研究了传感器的响应曲线,线性范围、温度、PH等因素的影响。该传感器应用可于发酵液中测定乙醇和甲醇,便于推广。
The new alcohol and methanol sensors are prepared respectively by coupling oxygen electrode with Trichosporon cutaneum and methanol bacteria. These cultures are easy gained. The test was carried out by the method of steady state and flow injection analysis. This work involves the vesponce time, Linear range and effect of temparature, pH, etc. The determination of alcohol and methanol in fermentation solution by these sensors has resulted in good veproducibiHty. It' s easy to popularize this method of determination.
