摘要
在正十二烷基三苯基溴化鏻及正十六烷基三苯基溴化鏻胶束溶液中观察到了芘的激基缔合物荧光,利用激基缔合物形成几率与粘度的关系估计了这两种鏻盐胶束内核微粘度分别为229 cP和241 cP(23℃)。讨论了芘在胶束中的增溶位置以及胶束增敏光度反应机理。
The pyrene excimer fluorescence was observed in n-lauryltriphenylphosphonium bromide or n-cetyltrithenylphosphonium bromide micellar solution and the microviscosity in micellar core of the above-mentioned two phosphoniums was estimated to be 229 cP and 241 cP (23℃),respectively, by using the relation between the probability of excimer formation and the viscosity. The solubilization position of pyrene in micelle and the mechanism for micelle-enhanced photometric reaction were also discussd.
