仪器精度设计的数学方法

摘要 文中以获得最低成本为目标,讨论了精度指标分配的最优组合匹配问题。首先对这个工程问题作了数学描述,从中提取仪器设计参数与各组成环节精度指标最优组合匹配的数学模型。接着讨论利用循环迭代法解题的思路,将最低成本转换成降低敏感环节加工难度的问题。给出自动寻优的算法,及其应用实例。 In This paper, with achieving the lowest production cost as its aim, the optimal combination-matching of the allocation of accuracy index is discussed. First, a mathematical description of the engineering problem is made. From the description, optimal mathematical models of combination-matching of the instrumental design parameter and the accuracy index of each component link are established. Second, a discussion is made on the idea of cyclic iteration with which the lowest cost is converted into the reduction of the manufacturing difficulty of sensitive links. An automatic search algorithm and its application example are also provided. This paper as a whole unfolds the possibility of realizing automatic allocation of accuracy index.
