Treatment Protrusion Of Cervical Disc With Anterior Discetomy And Overdistraction Fusion

目的 观察撑开植骨融合治疗颈椎间盘疗效。 方法 颈前入路椎间盘摘除减压 ,撑开 ,髂骨取骨植骨融合。结果 平均随访 2年 ,术前症状消失 ,JOA评分提高 4分 ,椎间隙高度存在 ,颈椎生理曲度保持 ,植骨融合。结论 颈前撑植骨治疗椎间盘突出症能有效保持椎间隙的高度 ,恢复颈椎生理曲度 ,治疗效果良好。

Objectives: To observe the effective of discetomy and Overdistraction fusion for cervical disc.Methods Anterior discetomy and overdistraction and fusion from iliac bone.Results: Incipieat symptom may disappear,JOA score increase 4 points,vertebra space and cervical vertebra physical curve maintain,bone grafting may success after operation and following up two years.Conclusions:Anterior discetomy and overdistraction fusion may make good effect due to maintain cervical vertebra space and recover physical curve.
