Madigan前列腺术治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症患者的体会

The treatment effects of Madigan's Prostatectomy in patients with high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的 为了提高高龄高危前列腺增生症 (BPH)患者的治疗效果。方法 从 1995年 5月至 2 0 0 0年 7月我院对 5 8例因腺体较大或不愿腔内处理的高龄高危前列腺增生症患者行Madigan前列腺术。结果 5 8例均手术成功 ,1例术后并发脑梗塞 ,其余均顺利恢复。随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,疗效满意。结论 认为只要充分做好围手术期准备 ,术中彻底止血、缩短手术时间 ,加强术手护理 ,是可以取得较好的疗效 ,特别适合缺少腔内设备的基层医院应用。

Purpose:To improve the clinical effect of high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods:From May 1995 to july 2000, Madigan Prostatectomy was performed in for 58 cases of high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia. Results: All patients were operated successfully and recovered smoothly except 1 case with complicating cerebral embolism. The patients have been followed up for 6～24 months with satisfactory result in all. Conclusions: We belived that it was effictive for the treatment of preoperative care, postoperative care, less blood and time during operation.
